1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Familiora website at familiora.com (the "Site"), or by registering for our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site or register for our waitlist.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.

2. Description of Services

Familiora is being developed as a healthcare coordination platform for families in Nepal. When launched, our platform will connect families with independent, qualified healthcare professionals for services including:

• Home nursing care
• Elder care and daily assistance
• Physiotherapy and rehabilitation
• Home health checkups
• Home lab sample collection
• Medication support and reminders
• Recovery care
• Care coordination

Familiora acts as a coordination intermediary. We do not directly employ the healthcare professionals listed on our platform, and we are not a medical provider. Healthcare professionals who join the Familiora network operate as independent professionals and are solely responsible for the care they deliver.

3. Pre-Launch Status and Waitlist

Familiora is currently in pre-launch. No healthcare coordination services are available at this time. The Site exists solely to:

• Inform interested families and healthcare professionals about our upcoming platform.
• Collect email addresses from individuals who wish to receive notification when we launch.

3.1 Joining the Waitlist

By submitting your email address through our waitlist form, you:

• Consent to receiving a single email notification when Familiora launches or becomes available in your area.
• Acknowledge that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Familiora's services, as capacity may be limited in our initial rollout.
• Acknowledge that Familiora reserves the right to determine the order and criteria of access for waitlist members.

3.2 No Service Agreement

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a service agreement, contract for healthcare services, or commitment by Familiora to provide any specific service. No payment is required or accepted at this stage.

3.3 Removal from Waitlist

You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@familiora.com. We will process removal requests within 30 days.

4. Healthcare Disclaimer

4.1 Not a Medical Provider

Familiora is a technology-enabled coordination platform. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical institution. We do not practice medicine, provide medical diagnoses, prescribe treatments, or offer clinical advice. The information on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

4.2 Independent Professionals

The healthcare professionals who will be accessible through Familiora are independent contractors who are licensed and regulated under applicable Nepali law. Their professional opinions, diagnoses, and treatment decisions are their own and do not represent the views of Familiora.

4.3 Not an Emergency Service

Familiora is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, do not use Familiora. Call:

• 102 — Nepal Ambulance Service
• 100 — Nepal Police
• Your nearest emergency department immediately.

4.4 Professional Medical Advice

Nothing on this Site should be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified, licensed healthcare provider who knows your full medical history. Always seek such advice for any questions regarding a medical condition.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or register for our waitlist. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

If you are registering on behalf of a minor or a family member who cannot represent themselves, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

6. User Obligations

By using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Nepali law or regulations.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
• Submit false or misleading information in the waitlist form.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, software, and structured data — are the property of Familiora and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

The Familiora name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of Familiora. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our trademarks.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, our social media profiles or form processing services). These links are provided for your convenience only.

We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility or liability for them. Clicking a third-party link means you will be subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Familiora does not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
• Any healthcare professionals who join the platform will meet your specific needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Familiora and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profit, or business.
• Any harm resulting from your reliance on information provided on this Site.
• Any harm arising from healthcare services provided by independent professionals matched through the Familiora platform.
• Any delay, error, or interruption in the Site's operation.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, that you have paid to Familiora in the twelve months preceding the claim. As no fees are currently charged, this amount is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Familiora and its operators, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Site.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right.
• Any content you submit to us.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will provide notice to waitlist members by email where practicable.

Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Site.
